‘Big Brother Canada 2’ live feed spoilers: The Power of Veto holder is…

Andrew Gordon -For all “Big Brother Canada” fans, the past two days have been excruciating. We don’t know if there has been a Twitter backlash anywhere near as bad as we have seen the past two days on the show ever.

The biggest reason for the outrage was because the feeds were down for the entire weekend, but in general there has been so much more thanks to international fans having such a hard time finding a way to tune in to the show. We do hope there’s a better solution for Americans figured out in time, but we don’t see one coming since there’s not a dedicated reality network out there anymore like there once was who could pick this up. It’s a shame, too, given that we could see it getting around 500,000 to a million viewers an episode. (Not bad for a specialty cable channel at all.)

Aside from all that, here’s the biggest news you need to know: Jon won the Power of Veto. This is once again further evidence that it is an absolutely terrible idea to ever trust anything that you ever read on the internet from someone with a brand-new Twitter account and almost no followers. There was someone of this variety who posted earlier in the weekend that Kenny won the Veto, and this somehow ended up becoming a thing that many believed. Kenny is likely going to be safe, but only because Jon is not playing the Veto.

This leaves Andrew and Sabrina on the block, and odds are, you are going to see the former leave the house this week. He does have a beef in the same way that Jessie did in “Big Brother 11,” but the difference here is that he did have a chance to fight for his life in the Veto.

One other thing that is happening right now is Slice, much like they did with Marsha the Moose, is using their website to convince Canada to unlock some sort of secret Veto. There’s a lot happening now (almost too much), and while we understand the need to drum up attention and views on your site, at the same time it feels weird to ask fans for something after you gave them power with the HoH, and then took the feeds away so that they couldn’t see the fallout of their decisions.
