‘Justified’ season 5, episode 7 preview: More details on ‘Raw Deal,’ Boyd’s journey

Ready to see some more of what lies ahead on “Justified”? Well, we’re here to give you a quick dose of “Raw Deal,” and an episode that could give you a good bit more in the way of insight as to what direction Boyd Crowder is heading in moving forward. Is it one that is going to help to tie together some of his motivations this season? We hope so, since the best thing we can say about this season for him is that it’s been a little bit messy. We don’t always understand what he is trying to do, and after what’s happened to Ava he really needs to step up his game.

Unfortunately, the synopsis below (go figure, since this is what FX does) fails to give away much. You can still check it out for your reading pleasure:

“Boyd and the Crowes fly South for a crucial drug score, while Raylan pursues a small time drifter with big time enemies. Written by VJ Boyd; directed by Bill Johnson.”

Waiting for a preview video? It may be a case, sadly, where all we are left to speculate over Boyd and the Crowes; since there is no episode airing on FX next week, the promotional material may take a little while longer to come out than usual.)
