‘Glee’ season 5 spoilers: More of Adam Lambert’s Starchild; a shocking side of Marley
Want some more “Glee” scoop now leading up to “A Katy or a Gaga” airing a week from Thursday? Well, let’s start with another Adam Lambert photo here. This is not exactly a new image given that he has been seen swinging from some sort of mystery rope in the previews already revealed for this episode, but it gives us more of an immediate visual representation as to Elliott “Starchild” Gilbert’s wild side. What we are personally looking forward to seeing at this point is who this guy is when he is not performing. Personally, we’re hoping for something along the lines of a guy who is extremely demure and laid back, and then rocks out and becomes another person the moment that he comes onstage.
While there may not be much in the way of photographic evidence of it yet, we are hearing that there will be more than one appearance from Adam later on this season, though the exact episode count for him is still a work in progress. (Remember, there is still that entire arc in the spring to account for, and we do not believe that the writers are just going to start with a clean slate simply because we are a few months later in the year.
In moving forward into the “what-the-bleep” portion of the article, we present Melissa Benoist in the raciest outfit that she’s been in since that one episode of “Homeland.” What in the world is going on with Marley here; is this a part of a performance, or some sort of last-ditch effort to try to shed her good-girl image? This all feels a little too much like the episode with the calender shoot for our taste. Also, there’s no way that we buy Marley as a high school student in this photo at all. We still believe that the show is pretty clueless when it comes to what to do with the Marley character this year, after she was pretty universally disliked through much of season 4.
