‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: Stephen Amell, Summer Glau, and Emily Bett Rickards face off

Ready for a first look at the “Arrow” season 2 premiere? The CW was kind enough to unveil some of their first promotional photos today for “City of Heroes,” and this one includes a pretty interesting shot of Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen trying to handle one of his new responsibilities: Working to run a company. With Moira behind bars, he will take on a much larger role in Queen Consolidated than ever before, with his handy “tech guru” Felicity Smoak at his side.

Even though there is nothing even remotely physical in this photo, we imagine that it is still going to be enough to make Olicity fans smile and do a little fist-pump. The producers have already said that a romance between the two is possible, as actions in the comic books do not necessarily dictate the story on the show.

Of course, there is also another possible love interest here (if you follow that same logic) in Summer Glau’s Isobel Rochev. On the surface, this character is going to just be a powerful businesswoman, but as always, you have to wonder when you cast Summer Glau just what sort of action sequences they could be hiring her to do. You know that she is just not going to be spending a whole lot of time inside of the office at the end of the day. Even Felicity is going to have some more action in the field this year, similar to what we saw from her in the second half of season 1.
