ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 3 spoilers: Gabriel Mann on Nolan’s resolve

What's next? -While prison may possess the capabilities to break a good many people in the world, this just in: It’s not going to have much of an impact at all on Gabriel Mann’s “Revenge” character of Nolan Ross. As a matter of fact, he could end up leaving his stint behind bars, whenever that may be, more driven and focused than ever in his efforts to try and help Emily Thorne take down Conrad and Victoria Grayson and their little evil army once and for all.

Speaking as a part of a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, Mann starts off the quote below by teasing that his character’s determination has only been amplified by being behind bars at the beginning of the season:

“How that affects him and Emily’s relationship is I think he’s 250 percent committed to seeing this go down and maybe picked up a few skills in prison.”

One other interesting little wrinkle that Mann brings up? That his character is probably not going to be in prison forever, which makes quite a bit of sense when you realize that there is really no joy that comes from watching a beloved character just sit around and sulk behind bars. You want to see him getting involved in this soapy world!  Therefore, expect something that reunites Nolan with his friends in the Hamptons at some point before we get extremely far into the season.

“Revenge” season 3 premieres on ABC on Sunday, September 29 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern, and these teasers are not the only ones that we have heard from Mann as of late. The actor has also teased some scoop about a more “fun” sort of storyline for him this this season, which we’re just assuming means a number of different love interests.
