‘Breaking Bad’ season 5, episode 10 preview: Hank’s mission; the search for Jesse

Breaking Bad -Have you started to let tonight’s “Breaking Bad” premiere settle in a little bit? “Blood Money” marked the official beginning of the end for Vince Gilligan’s opus, and it was worth the wait of nearly a year’s time.

But where does the show go from where it left off? Simply, by building things up to another level, and throwing in more tension. Walt is going to continue his hunt for Jesse Pinkman, while Hank is going to have the sort of “I can do this” epiphanies that we would expect someone in his position to have. After all, just imagine everything that he has been through over the past few years to clean up the streets, only to realize that the real demon has been right underneath his nose the entire time.

The next episode is entitled “Buried,” and in true AMC tradition, the official synopsis really does not give away very much at all:

“While Skyler’s past catches up with her, Walt covers his tracks. Jesse continues to struggle with his guilt.”

While you probably have a legitimate reason right now to be upset about the lack of new content in this promo, you also have to ask yourself the following: Isn’t this still far and away better than the teasers than AMC gives for “Mad Men”? At least there are a few things here that are intelligible, whereas Don Draper and company typically just utter a few words that do not make much in the way of sense to anyone other than Matthew Weiner.
