ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6: Nathan Fillion talks time off, mosh pits, and more

Want to see some fun via Nathan Fillion? While there may still be several months before “Castle” season 6 comes on the air, and more than a month even before the show starts up filming yet again, the actor returned to TV earlier this week in order to promote his new movie “Much Ado About Nothing.”

So what did he have to talk about? For fans of the show, there was not much in the way of content save for a few quotes here and there about the sort of work that goes into making a show like this successful. After all, he does 24 episodes every year, and this is the sort of work that can really make someone want to spend their time off enjoying some rest and relaxation.

How Fillion decides to enjoy his time off really served as the key focus of the conversation, as there were some genuinely funny lines in here about everything from mosh pits to looking for lost shoes. Nathan is a very smooth interview guest, does not come across as nervous at all, and has a great chemistry with Letterman. We don’t necessarily see a ton of TV interviews featuring him throughout the year, but the ones we have are typically some pretty good stuff.

There is no official premiere date yet for “Castle” season 6, but you should expect it to be back on ABC at some point around late September, as has been the trend.
