‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4 finale: Ian Somerhalder, cast in ‘Graduation’ poster
Are you ready for “The Vampire Diaries” finale? From the standpoint of finding out what happens to some of these characters when they graduate from high school, we’re sure that the answer here is yes. However, it’s also a catch-22 in that this also means that the show will be over until the fall.
Based on the poster to the left for the May 16 episode, you would assume that you are very much in for a creepy affair. However, it is probably best not to assume anything from this image considering that many of these images (especially Rebekah and Bonnie) were taken from publicity stills earlier this season. However, there are still some interesting shots here, especially Candice Accola’s Caroline, who looks from a distance almost like her arms and legs are molded together. It’s also interesting how Ian Somerhalder’s Damon is front and center here despite not being in high school.
While this episode is sure to feature everything from violence to plenty of surprises, there is one thing that you can clearly expect to happen: The actual graduation itself. While high school has been less and less of a focus on the series as of late, these characters are going to receive their diplomas this year. Thanks to that, the writers and producers will not have to worry about showing off this setting anymore.
What do you think about the poster, and are you ready for the next stage in these characters lives to finally happen? If you want to read some more news on what Nina Dobrev wants to see happen with Elena in the finale, just be sure to visit the link here.

I think that the reason why Damon is in the center is because most of that episode is kind of focus on him…..it has been recently reviled that his life will be In danger and maybe just maybe it could open up possibility for him taking the cure
