‘Game of Thrones’ season 3, episode 3 preview: Emilia Clarke is back!
Did you miss Danaerys on Sunday night’s “Game of Thrones”? If so, there’s no reason to fret: Emilia Clarke’s character will not only be returning to the HBO series for the new episode airing next week, but she will be making a pretty major declaration almost straight out of the gate: she wants to purchase herself all of the Unsullied to help her reclaim the Iron Throne. (Well, so much for that moral quandary.)
In moving beyond this, though, there are some other interesting things coming up on the series, though the promo below barely gives us a taste of what to expect. We see that Arya is going to face more trouble now that it is revealed who she really is to the Brotherhood Without Banners, just as Theon is going to face quite a journey with a storyline that thus far has been shrouded in mystery.
So are things really going to pick on the show now? Let’s just say that you have more reasons now to be excited than you did the first two weeks. “Game of Thrones” traditionally starts off a little slow, but one of the primary reasons for that is merely because there is so much story to get to and introduce before the ball can really start rolling. At this point next week, the first major shocker of the season will be handed down, and then the story will continue to build leading up what is going to be one of the most epic conclusions that we’ve seen thus far. Let’s just say that any of you lucky folks out there who have remained spoiler-free will surely have quite a bit to look forward to.
