‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: Finally, more on Mark Salling’s Puck

While we have been a major supporter of “Glee” over the years, it is also pretty to admit in looking at the show this season that the writers have really bitten off way more than they can chew when it comes to the cast. There are way too many characters being focused on right now, and the result of that is seeing people like Joe, Mercedes, or Coach Beiste disappearing either into the background or not really being on the show at all.

With that in mind, we’re glad to report that at least one underutilized character is going to get some more time in the spotlight soon: Puck. According to a report from TVLine, Mark Salling is going to get a significant amount of airtime in an episode that the show is currently working on, and thanks to this there are going to be a number of interesting questions that are answered. For one, we’ll finally learn just where the guy is living since deciding to return back to Ohio; in addition, we will also hopefully find out a little more about his relationship with Kitty.

Thus far, most of Puck’s story has revolved around his relationship with his half-brother Jake, who he didn’t even realize existed at the start of the season. We have seen a few glimpses here and there of his life away from the character, and hopefully that is what we are going to focus on now. After all, doesn’t he deserve a chance to pursue some of his own dreams?
