NBC’s ‘Community’ season 4 spoilers: A call for action
While “Community” season 4 has thus far been a little subdued when it comes to some of the weird, meta-packed hours of TV, it does at least sound like we are going to see some more bizarre / interesting hijinks that take place within the walls of Greendale Community College. With that in mind, we present for you some of the first details of “Intro to Knots,” the eleventh episode of the season and potentially one of the few this season that will not contain Chevy Chase in any shape or form. (He will be back, however, for the finale.)
The following synopsis comes our way courtesy of SpoilerTV, and it shows that the holiday season this time around is going to be one that is completely littered with drama as Jeff tries to do everything in his power in hopes of passing history class:
“Annie invites Professor Cornwallis to Jeff’s holiday party in the hope of getting on his good side; when the friends learn Cornwallis intends to give them a bad grade, they decide to take decisive action.”
One thing that is nice to see this year is that “Community” is not forgetting about its lead professor this time around. Betty White vanished after the season 2 premiere, and since that time we have seen Michael K. Williams and even John Oliver, once a staple of the show, magically come and go. (We’ve begged for another appearance from Oliver prior to the end of the series, mostly because his Professor Duncan is so hilariously incompetent, but we don’t see one on the horizon.)
