ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2, episode 16 preview: A concerned Daniel Grayson

In the first sneak peek that we presented to you for Sunday night’s new “Revenge” season 2 episode, we saw what happened when Emily Thorne had an unwelcome blast from her past show up courtesy of her foster brother. Now, we’re getting set to see just what is going to transpire when Daniel Grayson potentially sets up her new boyfriend Aiden to be the fall guy for what is a dark cloud forming over him and his company.

It’s pretty clear based on the video below that Daniel feels the metaphorical noose tightening around his neck: he’s in a nasty position, as the same people who committed the terrible acts with the plane years ago are now trying to use Grayson Global to fund their newest project. But how to make them go away? Daniel explains that the only way may be forcing someone to suffer the same fate that this person intended for him.

We’re not going to sit here and say that we have been enormous fans of what the writers have given Aiden for much of the year, largely because we have found the Initiative storyling to be a little bit dry. However, seeing him work alongside Daniel has been fascinating in that both men share a common affection for Emily, and the dynamics of the relationship are mostly intriguing thanks to the fact that Daniel does now know everything about Aiden or his history with Aiden.
