ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 2, episode 16 preview: First video of Lisa Edelstein

Want to see a new episode of “Scandal”? Well, you are going to be waiting for quite a long time for that to happen. As a way in which to ensure that the final six episodes of the show’s season are shown in relative succession, ABC is not going to be airing the latest adventure for Olivia Pope and Associates until near the end of March.

However, we have the first promo for this upcoming episode entitled “Top of the Hour,” and it is going to revolve around one key question: who is it safe for Olivia to trust these days? While she has her fair share of allies, it is also being made rather clear that she also has a fair share of enemies … including a mole at the Oval Office that could create all sorts of problems for her given a certain relationship that she has had with a President Fitzgerald Grant.

As for some other scoop from this episode, we are going to see an appearance put in here by former “House” star Lisa Edelstein, who is going to be a new client for Pope’s firm one week after she took on the challenge of trying to help a politician find himself a relationship that he could use to fool the public. Given the twists and turns that were in this case, we are hoping for more of the same when it comes to this particular story and the show. (Edelstein has been making the guest-starring rounds as of late, but has yet to book a new regular gig.)
