‘Breaking Bad’ season 5 spoilers: RJ Mitte talks final episodes for series
As if you did not know this already, “Breaking Bad” will be ending this summer with eight extremely tense episodes, and when you have a story that is as volatile as that of Walter White, you know that it is not going to end very well. Last we saw on the show, Hank was finding out that Walt actually had a connection to the infamous dealer Heisenberg courtesy of a copy of Leaves of Grass, and it should be enough to eventually lead the man to uncovering everything he needs to bring the guy down.
Most of these episodes have already been filming now, which has led to actor RJ Mitte (Walter Jr.) saying the following to E! News about just some of what we are going to see on the show moving forward to its final weeks:
“It is horrifying because any moment, anything can happen. The writers have outdone themselves. It really is going to be a mind-blowing season. I am so excited to see it air. I’m so excited to see how people react.”
The reaction to this series is going to be a hot-button topic for several weeks to come now, and there is really one primary reason for that: the quality here is so astronomically high that it of course leads to a great deal of debate, and with everyone having an opinion, it is only going to be inevitable that this passion will lead to strong reactions (both good and bad) to the final episodes, depending on what happens. Rarely have we ever seen a series finale to a beloved show that everyone likes. (For examples, look at “The Sopranos,” “Lost,” or “Seinfeld.”)
