‘The Good Wife’ season 4, episode 10 preview: First look at ‘Battle of the Proxies’

How far will Alicia go in order to ensure that a case turns out in her firm’s favor? Well, we are about to find out courtesy of Sunday night’s all-new episode of “The Good Wife” season 4 entitled “Battle of the Proxies.”

Basically, here is what you need to know at the moment: will is hard at work trying to keep a man free who is convicted of murder; and in order to make sure that the case gets the ruling that he so desires, Julianna Margulies’ character is going to help out a case in a nearby county that shares a number of key similarities to it. Unfortunately, there may also be some differences here, and the actions that they pull could end up, as evidenced by the promo below, end up sending someone to jail who is actually an innocent man.

We know that this episode has to be a big one for the show, and one of the reasons why here is simple: we’re not going to be seeing much of Alicia and the gang after it for quite some time. “The Good Wife” season 4 will be on hiatus following this episode thanks to finales for both “The Amazing Race” and “Survivor: Philippines,” and we would certainly not be opposed to the show giving us a rather-juicy cliffhanger to tide us over for a little while regarding either this case or something else regarding the troubled financial state of Lockhart Gardner (which is a story that has been playing out all season long).
