The Fosters season 4 episode 19 promo: Callie’s court crisis and more

As we approach the finale, The Fosters season 4 episode 19 next week is going to be an installment that takes on a wide array of drama. Anytime you get this close to the end of the season, you have to start to prepare for some craziness to unfold. Not only that, but you have to start thinking about what the cliffhanger could be (there always is one), and where things could pick up at the start of next season. The good news in the context of where we are right now is that we know that there is a fifth season; it will premiere on Freeform come this summer.

Now, let’s get to sharing some more details on the subject of what you can expect to see next — be prepared for Callie’s trial to be front and center as she figures out whether or not she’s going to pay for some of what transpired many episodes ago.

The Fosters season 4 episode 19 synopsis – “It seems just about everyone in the Adams Foster household has a secret, but unfortunately for each of them, they all start spilling out. With Callie’s court date inching closer, Robert’s attorneys present a defense strategy that Callie vehemently opposes. Monte and Lena join forces to stop Drew’s underhanded dealings. Stef works to bust Diamond’s pimp. Jesus asks Gabe to keep a secret from his moms.”

Obviously, our hope here is clear — Callie figures out a way to avoid some of this drama, and emerges from the other side in one piece. We do feel like she’ll be able to avoid lengthy jail time. The unfortunate thing here is that this is a bittersweet show (we’ve seen that on several occasions now), and while the worst thing possible may not happen, there could easily be some other consequences that she faces as a result of some of her actions.

Promo – Apparently, everyone’s keeping secrets … which really means that Stef’s whole stunt with the doors earlier on this season didn’t do a whole lot to curtail that.
