‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10, episode 14 video: Sheldon’s emotion device
Tonight, “The Big Bang Theory” was off the air, but rest assured that when the next new episode comes on the air in one week’s time, you’re going to have a good bit to laugh about. For one, many of Raj’s ex-girlfriends, whether it be Lucy, Claire, or Emily, are going to be stopping by to offer a little bit of therapy. Beyond that, we also know that Sheldon is going to do his best at … well, being Sheldon. He’ll have a chance to experiment with something that he’ll find brilliant, but everyone else will consider to be incredibly annoying.
For more details, take a look at some of the latest information released by CBS.
Synopsis – “Sheldon beta tests an MIT invention after hearing it can help him read people’s emotions. Also, Leonard can’t hide his feelings when Penny announces her brother is coming to town and Raj invites his ex-girlfriends over to give him dating advice.”
For those of you who are big-time Raj fans (and we understand, given that we’re one of them), there is something that is probably going to be disappointing about not seeing him in the promo here. Then again, CBS is a network that tends to promote more towards mass audiences. Many super-casual viewers of the show may not remember people like Lucy all that well, but Sheldon wandering around with a device that allows him to read people’s intentions is incredibly easy to market. Plus, we’ve got a feeling that it is going to be hilarious. For the entire series so far, the biggest blind spot for Sheldon has been his ability to relate to other people. Now, he may be able to read them too well; is this too much power for a guy like this to handle? We certainly think that this could go sideways and Sheldon may not be able to handle the truth.
