‘The Walking Dead’ season 7, episode 6 video: Tara and Heath’s time

There’s a new episode of “The Walking Dead” airing this Sunday, and you better be prepared for this one to be quite the journey. After all, this is one of the longest episodes of the season, and judging from the sneak peek below, this marks an opportunity to see more of Tara and Heath, characters who haven’t exactly shown up on the show to date this season.

Are we excited to have them back? Absolutely, but we’re not entirely sure how we’re going to feel if the entirety of this episode is spent watching these two characters in particular wander around on some sort of supply run. AMC has teased that we’re going to see some sort of new environment in this episode, and maybe these two are going to be the ones who get to stumble upon it.

The sneak peek below is mostly spent in disagreement, as you can see Heath discussing more of what Alexandria was one like. This entire scene is almost a “Walking Dead” staple, since you’re discussing at length the nature of this world, and whether or not you have to let it change you.

We will say that we’re very worried for Heath going into this, given that Corey Hawkins is the star of “24: Legacy” over on Fox and unless you ship him off to some unknown part of the world where he doesn’t have to do much, we’re not sure just how much time the character’s going to be available for you. We do like both Heath and Tara as characters, though, so let’s hope that they both somehow live and find their way back into the group.
