‘America’s Got Talent’: When Grace VanderWaal, others will perform in Las Vegas
One of the prizes that comes along with winning “America’s Got Talent” is a chance to headline a show in Las Vegas, and following the season 11 finale we do now have a little more news regarding what this said show will be for Grace VanderWaal and an assortment of other acts.
“America’s Got Talent Live” is going to be held at the PH Showroom in Planet Hollywood from Thursday, October 27 through Saturday, October 29. Ticketing information can be found over at the link here.
Do we wish that the show would consider doing a more substantial tour as opposed to a few shows? Certainly, given that we think there would be a market for seeing this sort of fun variety show across maybe ten or twelve markets. With that being said, though, post-reality competition tours as of late have not had the same impact that they once did years ago.
The good news is that many of these “AGT” acts from this season are one that you will hopefully see in Vegas again in the future. The Clairvoyants are tailor-made for a show there, while Viktor Kee should almost certainly have some sort of a role in a production. Jon Dorenbos could also find himself a gig there whenever he does decide to retire from the NFL; it’s not often that guys who depart the league have this sort of opportunity for a second career, but he could have one set up for him if he finds the right situation.
