NBC’s ‘The Voice’ finale: ZAYN, Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, more to perform
While that performance between Christina Aguilera and a Whitney Houston hologram may not be going down on the two-night finale of “The Voice” anymore, we do have a better sense of what will. This week, NBC confirmed the roster of performers for the final episode on Tuesday, and it’s about as good of one as you’re going to get for a live show in primetime.
At present, the full roster of performers includes such people as Ariana Grande, Little Big Town, Blake Shelton, Sia and ZAYN, who has really burst on the music scene as a solo artist this year. He hasn’t had too many opportunities yet to perform on live primetime TV in America, so this will be a treat for a lot of fans.
As for the rest of the roster, it’s a little bit of a “who’s who” in terms of people we often see and hear on these shows. Grande performs here and there on them, Little Big Town has become an awards-show staple as of late, and it feels like Sia has been on almost every live results show for every reality competition out there. Heck, she even showed up on the “Survivor” finale earlier this week to share her appreciation and love for Tai Trang.
Of course, we also imagine that over the course of the two-hour affair Tuesday night, the final four will get their chance to perform with some past artists from the season. It’s become a bit of a tradition.
