‘Arrow’ season 4, episode 23 preview: ‘Schism’ and a Oliver, Damien Darhk showdown

Oliver -

Come Wednesday night the “Arrow” season 4 finale is going to be here, and the title of it is fairly looming: “Schism.” This teases a major divide, but who will it involve? That is something that could devastate almost all of Team Arrow, and really start to set the stage for a fifth season debuting a little later this year.

For now, let’s kick things off by sharing the official synopsis below:

“Oliver (Stephen Amell) teams up with a surprising force in an attempt to stop Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and his magic once and for all.”

There’s going to be a lot that this episode needs to accomplish when it comes to delivering a variety of twists and turns, and more than anything else, we just hope that it excites us, and gives us an ending that is slightly different than any that we have seen on the show to date.

We’ve got the new promo for you below, and for the most part it really doesn’t give a whole lot away other than that the imminent nuclear attack on Star City is imminent, and with that, the residents are going to need support from more than just the Green Arrow; it was also going to need an appearance from Oliver Queen, who started this season off running for Mayor. It’s going to be a really interesting finale, and we’re interested in seeing precisely what is going to be coming up moving forward.
