‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12, episode 14 preview: More Jackson – April drama ahead
Tonight on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 12, we saw potentially some movement forward in the romantic life of Meredith Grey, as she at least entertained the idea of moving forward with someone she met at the military hospital. We didn’t hear what went on in that sign, but progress is progress, right? We at least think so.
Unfortunately for Meredith, the promo below makes it clear that she is going to face some more tension from Jo over being a little too involved in her relationship with Alex. This is something that has been brewing for some time, and she basically tells Mer to “get her own boyfriend.” Well, that’s going to make things a little more awkward given Meredith’s recent therapy sessions.
Meanwhile, both the synopsis and the promo hint at something big coming for Jackson and April, which is very good given that at the moment, she still has not admitted to him the truth regarding her pregnancy:
“Richard throws everyone for a loop when he switches the resident and attending pairings, and Arizona takes a huge risk on a woman who is pregnant with quadruplets. Meanwhile, April is faced with a difficult decision.”
One other note: Did Jackson say that he is already getting back out there? Seriously? If that happened, the only word that we really have to say in response to that is “ugh,” since that doesn’t exactly hint at a deep emotional connection. Hopefully he turns things around.

I really hope that April not telling Jackson about the baby doesn’t drag on too much longer. Honestly, judging by this upcoming episode April is still in the “me” mode (she may have her reasons but really?) It took me a long time to really like April and the character grew on me because she grew but the writers somehow have made April a little to if not a really self absorbed character which at this point not liking too much. I really like Jackson and April together but tone down the “me , me, me thing it’s not making April a likable character as much. Still a Japril fan though.
