‘Supernatural’ season 11, episode 14 preview: Misha Collins (as Lucifer?) takes center stage

CastielThe eleventh season of “Supernatural” has brought you a wide array of twists and turns so far, but we have to say that one in particular we did not see coming was Lucifer effectively taking over the body of Castiel for the time being. While Misha Collins is still playing the role, this is far from the same person that the Winchesters have come to know over the course of the series’ run.

So what can you expect for this character over the course of this upcoming episode, entitled “The Vessel”? Then you can check out the official synopsis below:

“Hoping to find a weapon powerful enough to defeat Amara (guest star Emily Swallow), Dean (Jensen Ackles) convinces “Castiel,” (Misha Collins) who is still Lucifer, to send him back in time to the last reported sighting of the Hand of God. Lucifer sees the potential in getting his hands on this weapon so goes along as Castiel and sends Dean to 1944 to the fated submarine mission that sunk the Hand of God. Meanwhile, continuing his charade with Sam (Jared Padalecki) while they wait for Dean’s return, Lucifer plans his next move.”

Basically, this episode potentially has everything that you could possibly want jam-packed into it, whether you are talking about Lucifer, getting to see more of Amara, potential time-travel, and much more. This could be one of the most eventful hours of the entire season so far.
