‘Chicago Fire’ season 4, episode 15 preview: Is a war between firehouses brewing?

Chicago Fire -Is there trouble on the way on “Chicago Fire“? We’d certainly say so, at least courtesy of some of the news that we’re getting now about the next new episode. What’s surprising here is that the trouble is actually not coming so much from a fire as it is fiery tensions between two firehouses after an incident is blamed on the 51. An investigation is going to start into what really happened, but can everyone keep their cool for long enough to face facts?

The preview video below certainly suggests that the tension could reach a boiling point sooner rather than later; if you’re curious in learning about some other stories from this episode, the synopsis below is a good resource on that:

“Firehouse 51 responds to an odd call from a neighboring firehouse and the unusual circumstances prompt Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Cruz (Joe Minoso) to take the investigation into their own hands to search out the real story. The truck welcomes new firefighter Stella Kidd (guest star Miranda Rae Mayo), but her addition has repercussion inside the firehouse. Meanwhile, Casey (Jesse Spencer) moves forward in his run for alderman, but begins to realize that some voters have their own personal agendas for wanting him elected.”

As you can tell, there are clearly a variety of different stories that are at play here. The addition of Stella could be good news in that it gives a firehouse more much-needed help, but anytime you’re bringing someone new in, you have to wonder whether or not they will fit in. That’s something we will have to figure out more over time.
