‘Supernatural’ season 11, episode 13 preview: The Jared Padalecki – Jensen Ackles story in ‘Love Hurts’

“Supernatural” season 11 has tackled a few fun / rather enchanting cases so far … but none of them had to deal with Valentine’s Day. The holiday all about love is quickly approaching, and what we’ve got for you now are some of the first details regarding the upcoming “Love Hurts,” an installment set to air in seven days’ time that could have a very interesting twist to it.

To see specifically what Sam and Dean are going to be up to, we suggest checking out the synopsis below:

“Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate a set of murders on Valentine’s Day and discover they are dealing with an ancient curse. Once kissed by the curse, the person is marked to die.”

Of course, you really have to hope that the two guys are somewhat unlucky-in-love this holiday to avoid anything happening to them. The promo below is really all sorts of awesome, mostly because it shows you a little bit of romance … and then a heck of a lot of pain. You can’t really be shocked by that, given that this is probably one of the few shows out there that really doesn’t spend much time at all with matters of the heart. It’s been a long time since there was a proper love interest who lasted longer than an episode or two, and we’re not counting whatever pull Amara has over Dean right now. That’s just a little too far out there to properly qualify.
