‘The Good Wife’ season 7, episode 2 video: Jeffrey Dean Morgan talks playing Jason Crouse

Innocents -

Things are changing on the seventh season of “The Good Wife,” and Jason Crouse is the reason for that. The mysterious investigator is going to be making his debut on the next new episode airing on Sunday night, and for a little while, a good percentage of him will be shrouded in mystery.

In the video below, Jeffrey Dean Morgan discusses the fun of playing this character, who is exceptional at reading people and disarming almost any given situation. He’s also someone who is exceptionally charming, which makes many women interested in him. Alicia Florrick is one of them.

Julianna Margulies also describes in the video how one of Crouse’s strong suits is being able to be so enigmatic, and he is one of the only people who Alicia cannot really figure out. That in a sense only draws her to him even more. This should be a fun back-and-forth that plays out over the course of the entire season, and we are interested in seeing just how this particular story develops. It does not seem like Morgan is going to be disappearing from the series at any point in the near future, so you’ll have some time to see if he could be the latest Alicia love interest, and hopefully one that sticks around to go along with that. We’ll be back to review the character’s debut on Sunday night.
