‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5, episode 2 spoilers: See Regina, Robin Hood in ‘The Price’

It is not going to take long in Sunday night’s new episode of “Once Upon a Time” before one thing is especially emphasized: A completely new dynamic for the show. Remember the days when Emma Swan was the hero, and Regina Mills was the villain? Those days seem so long ago, and the show was so much more cut-and-dry back then.

Now moving into Sunday night’s new episode “The Price,” it’s almost like each one of them has stepped into each other’s body “Freaky Friday” style. Emma now is the woman causing carnage, and Regina is the Savior-of-sorts who has to figure out a way to defeat the Dark Swan for the good of Storybrooke. There are going to inevitably be some problems with trying to convince the town that she is capable of being this sort of hero, but there is also going to be another problem: Trying to convince herself of this.

Luckily, she is going to have at least a little bit of help from people who care about her deeply. Specifically, we’re talking here about none other than Robin Hood, who has established himself as her one true love as of late. Expect to see them working together frequently, both in Camelot and Storybrooke, as a means to try to make Emma better.

Sure, there are also some other problems Robin has, including some potential demons from his past and Zelena carrying his child, but there will be times where these are not on the forefront. That’s just how crazy this particular season is!
