‘Ray Donovan’ season 3, episode 8 preview: Ray’s visit; Mickey’s challenge

Is Mickey about to get forced into working with the police once again on “Ray Donovan“? Judging from the first promo for the next new episode of the show that aired Sunday night, it feels like there is one definite answer to this question: Yes.

The promo below features Mickey being approached, and how many other options does he have other than working with them … at least until we get to the point where he can start to consider some of his other possibilities that are out there. This is someone who excels mostly at manipulation, and you cannot think that he possesses the physical prowess to get out of this in any other way.

Also in this promo, we get the sense that the drama is far from over between Ray and Romero, and Liev Schreiber’s character may have to get a little more violent before we get to the end of this. He is a guy, after all, who resorts to this when need be and that happens quite a bit.

Can you believe that there are only five more episodes this season until the season 1 finale? It’s a crazy thought, but this is precisely where we are right now. We only expect things to really get so much more crazy before we get to the finale … and as always, there is the potential for an extremely high body count.
