‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 3, episode 9 preview: Can Vincent get Cat on the case?

If there is one thing that we would say about Thursday night’s “Beauty and the Beast” episode, it is that this is a very dramatic change of pace from the ones that have come before it. At the start of the season, we had a very anxious Catherine trying to get Vincent to look into who could be hunting them, while Vincent wanted to just try and have a normal life for a change. He could be a doctor again, and they could finally start to settle in.

Now, the tables have turned following the botched wedding. Catherine no longer wants to put her or Vincent’s life at risk anymore, but he feels like there is no other way to move forward other than to track Liam down. This is what he wants to do in the sneak peek below.

Vincent makes it very clear to his fiancee (and not his wife, sadly) that there is something very important about Juliana’s body that could contain a few hints to what they are supposed to do moving forward in this case. Unfortunately, she is not altogether inclined to listen … at least for the time being. She feels a little more like the better course of action here is to approach everything like a traditional police case.

Given that there are only a few episodes left, hopefully these two can get on the same page again. After all, we do want to see them married, and it feels like the only way that will happen is if the lines of communication start to open up a little more effectively.
