‘Dancing with the Stars’ 20 results: Were Robert Herjavec, Willow Shiels, or Chris Soules eliminated?

“Dancing with the Stars” clearly has a top half this season in terms of performers, but it also has a clear bottom. Chris Soules has been the worst performer over the course of the season, but as of late Robert Herjavec has stumbled and fallen to this same level. It felt tonight like we were just waiting for the “Shark Tank” star to declare himself “out” of the ballroom alongside Kym Johnson, mostly because Chris’ following thanks to “The Bachelor” is pretty hefty. We worried slightly about Noah Galloway, but it is easy to remember at the same time here that he has a big backing thanks in part to his story.

Tonight, we had to wait for a long time to get to some of the results, thanks to the dance-off and the individual routines. When we did, it turns out that we had ultimately the most stunning elimination of the entire season. For some insane reason, Willow Shields and Mark Ballas are going home!

How did this happen? It is probably something as simple as the two of them just not getting the votes, even though they have performed well over the course of the season and accomplished quite a bit in terms of creativity. Her being so young probably meant a younger following, and they at times are the ones who forget to vote.

Unfortunately, we don’t have another explanation for this, other than that it will sting for a while. We thought for certain that we were going to lose either Robert or Chris before tonight was done.
