‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 21 preview: Moving past latest Oliver Queen – Ra’s al Ghul shock
After tonight’s new episode of “Arrow,” one thing that is pretty clear is that we are certainly going to be seeing a very different side of Oliver Queen than the one we’ve come to know over the years. He has been forced to make a huge sacrifice for what he believes to be the good of others, and of course, there are going to be consequences of that. You will see some of them on next week’s “Ah Sah-Him.”
Specifically, one person who should be feeling at least reasonably concerned at the moment is Nyssa. After all, she must have felt hurt and slighted when her father decided that Oliver was a more suitable candidate to become his replacement than she was. She is in Starling City with Laurel, and based on the synopsis below, the fight could be coming to her doorstep:
“Oliver (Stephen Amell) goes through a rigorous transformation. The League of Assassins sets their sights on Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law), who is back in Starling City training Laurel (Katie Cassidy). When Nyssa realizes they are coming, she arms up to face them alone but Laurel asks Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Diggle (David Ramsey) to help protect her new friend.”
You know that this episode is definitely going to be intense, and we certainly wonder what the feeling towards Oliver by many of the fans will be once it is over. Maybe there will be happy times for him by the finale, but there’s a lot of darkness to get through first.
