‘The Voice UK’ rankings: Where Sasha Simone, Howard Rose, Lara Lee stand on Team Tom Jones
We’ve spent the past two days ranking each individual team on “The Voice UK” going into the first live show, and in closing it off for you right now, we come bearing something that we consider to be rather nice: The artist who are going to be representing Team Tom Jones. Tom has always been somewhat unpredictable as a coach, mostly in that he tends to go with what he feels like cultivating at the moment on the same level as talent. He has three talented people below, but this is a total toss-up to figure out just who America is going to be attracted to rooting for the most?

3. Lara Lee – Lara is a very good singer, but what we wonder about now is if she is really distinctive enough to make it to the finale. We’ve heard many singers like her on these shows already, and we’re left wondering if there is another gear with her that we have yet to truly see.
2. Howard Rose – Howard is a showman. He will rock the crowd this weekend, and prove that Tom was right to take a big chance on him. However, at the same time, the thing that Howard has to worry about and be cognizant of is that there are people who are going to think he’s a little over-the-top. Balance really is the key on this show.
1. Sasha Simone – Let this be a sign that we are far from above occasionally flip-flopping when it comes to things we enjoy. When we initially heard Sasha on the show, we were so distracted by her apparent nervousness that it took something away. Then, we closed our eyes and just listened; her last performance was a gut-wrenching, beautiful vocal. We are taking a risk on her, but so is Tom. She could be really special if she improves her confidence.
