ABC”s ‘Revenge’ season 4, episode 15 video: David Clarke ponders his future

When we last saw “Revenge” on the air earlier this year, David Clarke had his life in what was a very interesting place. Malcolm Black had ended his reign of terror, and there was no real reason to think that his life moving forward would be hell.

Therefore, seeing him with a suit on and thinking about a future career in the sneak peek below is a welcome change. It shows that there are at least some moments of peace ahead for this character, when he will actually be able to take a step back for a minute and actually start to think about what is the right move for him moving forward. When you are in the midst of chaos, this is not exactly a particularly easy thing to do.

Hopefully, we will see him figure it out sooner rather than later, though. We don’t want to see him stalling the remainder of the season, and having these sort of conversations with Jack. We almost don’t think he should be in any hurry to take off and get a career. Emily will probably help to care for him in the interim, and they can make up at least a little bit for some lost time.

If you do prefer “Revenge” more when it is intense and dramatic, don’t worry: This is just one sneak peek from this episode. There is so much more still to be revealed here, and the majority of that will be insane and then some. Think, for example, of Margaux plotting her revenge.
