‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 16 preview: Return date for Stephen Amell, cast in ‘The Offer’
Tonight, “Arrow” gave us what in many ways was a doozy of an episode in “Nanda Parbat.” There were many stunning moments over the course of the entire hour, and also some stellar action sequences. Basically, this may have been an episode many of you have been waiting for quite some time.
With all of this being said, we hope that this episode was enough to satisfy you for a good, long time. After all, there will not be another installment of the show for a while! “The Offer” is the title for the 16th episode of the show, but it will not air until Wednesday, March 18. There’s a specific reason for that, and it is as follows: The CW would much rather give you a string of new episodes in a row, as they will most likely do throughout late March and April, then space them all out with scattered repeats. We cannot really blame them.
The cliffhanger that we’ve been left with here is a pretty enormous one: Ra’s al Ghul does not want to kill Oliver Queen. Instead, he wants him to be the new Ra’s al Ghul. Is this a trick? What is his endgame? These are all valid questions, but we do not have an answer just yet. This is an installment that we probably need to allow to simmer for a while before we start to really get any answers.
Hopefully, we will at least get a few of them before the show does ultimately return.
