‘Two and a Half Men’ series finale spoilers: Charlie Sheen hopes and much more
Next week, the moment is finally going to be here: The series finale of “Two and a Half Men.” We’ve waited twelve years for this, and at this point, all we hope for is a celebration that makes us laugh, and also has us nostalgic for some of the early years of the show.
One of the questions that comes along with this is trying to figure out just who could be there to take part in this celebration! There are quite a few different possibilities when you think about it, from longtime recurring players to guest stars who could be good just for a ratings bump and more headlines. While it may be a short list, we’ve compiled a list of some possibilities with the knowledge in mind that executive producer Chuck Lorre wants to honor both eras of the series.
Charlie Sheen – The show has kept his potential involvement in the finale under wraps, but at the same time this HAS to happen … right? We still feel like this is very likely.
Other notable recurring players – We imagine that Evelyn, Jenny, Judith, Rose, and Herb could be among the characters who all turn up in this finale, since the show probably wants to make it a mixture of popular characters from past and present.
Angus T. Jones – We still feel like this is a longshot. Jake has barely even been mentioned this season, and given his public bashing of the show, we’re not sure that any money could convince him to return.
Remote possibilities – Miley Cyrus appeared before her career spiked back up; could she and Jake be together now? Kathy Bates was another guest star who’d be fun to see again, though it is hard to see how that would happen given that she was Charlie’s ghost.
