ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: How far will Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion’s characters go for clues?

Castle -From the moment that we first heard the basic outline for Monday night’s “Castle” return episode entitled “Castle P.I.,” we had one very simple reaction: This is going to be a pretty good time. After all, you have some many of the classic fun-episode elements there, whether it be a rivalry between the characters, a chance for Rick to run wild with crazy theories, and a shake-up from what is the traditional mold.

The question that we wondered before getting the following intel was this: How far would Nathan Fillion or Stana Katic’s characters go in an effort to get the upper hand in solving a case? Beckett is still trying to work with the resources of the NYPD, while Castle is going it alone. She has the advantage of manpower, whereas he can go into this without really any particular rules or guidelines that he is required to keep. In other words, he can do whatever he wants, and there is really no way at all that anyone can stop him save for if he gets caught.

According to a report from TVLine, one of the fun tactics that you could see either Castle or Beckett employ in this episode is trying to employ a good deal of wine to coax some answers out … you know, the whole “loose lips sink ships” strategy. Castle is also going to try to search through Perlmutter’s office for clues, which, as you would expect, is not exactly celebrated by Perlmutter himself. (We’re just glad to see him again.)

Also, this episode is about more than just if someone can solve the case; also, another theme could be if Castle can find his back back into the police department despite the mob ties that got him booted.
