‘Glee’ season 6 poster: Heather Morris, Naya Rivera, Darren Criss take a bow
With the January 9 premiere of “Glee” season 6 getting closer and closer, you should probably expect a whole lot more in the way of promotional material.
Today, some of this material comes to you courtesy of a new poster, which you can click on to expand. This is a pretty great image, mostly in that it features the majority of the main characters looking over their audience, and preparing to take what is one last bow.
Are there some omissions here? Sure, at least in that there is no Dianna Agron, Harry Shum Jr., or Jayma Mays. Still, these three actors were not in the main promotional photos released by the show, either, and it’s hard to really get everyone back together at the same time to do stuff like this. We don’t even know how much of Mays’ Emma we are going to see, though the cancellation of “The Millers” probably opens the door for her somewhat. We know Agron is returning as Quinn for at least one of the early episodes, while Shum’s status is relatively unclear.
In case you have somehow missed some of the early story notes on this season, we know at the moment that much of the main plotline we are going to see here will revolve heavily around Rachel Berry’s return to Lima, Ohio, and her subsequent attempts to start up the McKinley High glee club again. This was shut down by Sue Sylvester last season, as there was not enough money to properly fund it.
