ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4, episode 8 video: Intensity within new Emily VanCamp sneak peek

On Sunday night, we’re going to have yet another new episode of “Revenge” on the air, and one that is at least going to address head-on a number of different questions.

However, none is more important than the following: Where was David Clarke during the time that he was really away? We know that his Conrad story is in part a cover-up, and he put all of those scars on his back for a very specific reasons. Whatever he is really up to is obviously something that he does not want anyone else to know about. Also, we know that he was not exactly that far away from his daughter Amanda a.k.a. Emily Thorne, and seemed to have no problem at all with her or anyone else believing that he was dead.

In the video below, Emily VanCamp’s character tries to answer some of these questions while also watching Victoria Grayson be carted away, and she makes about zero effort overall to lend a helping hand here. Why? The issue is as simple as that she simply does not want to help. She’s obviously happy with the idea of Victoria going away, regardless of what she means to David or anyone else.

Our guess here is that while we know that Emily would love some answers about her father and what is really going on with him sooner rather than later, she is probably going to have to wait for a while. Nothing ever comes that easy when it comes to this show; instead, things only become even more twisted.
