ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 3 finale spoilers: Will Charlie ruin Huck and Quinn?

Over the past few episodes of “Scandal” season 3, the bizarre romance of Huck and Quinn has taken off like a Presidential campaign managed by Olivia Pope. To think it was only half a season ago when this guy was pulling out her teeth and being generally terrible; actually, we’re not sure that he has been all that better, except that he has found different ways to channel that passionate.

Now that their relationship has actually turned romantic for both parties, though, there is still a stepping stone to get through … and his name is Charlie. Did you really think that he was going to go quietly in the night? Instead, we have word via People Magazine that he is instead going to try to derail the entire relationship with a “gift” for Quinn before he leaves: Documents, which he claims will destroy whatever sort of feelings of happiness that she has for herself and her new man.

While Quinn says that she has no plans to open the document and see what’s in there … we’ll see how that works out for her in the end. The truth of the matter is that Shonda Rhimes loves cliffhangers, so would you really be that surprised if this story doesn’t have an ending until the fall? We wouldn’t be. The two are going to have a lot of issues to get through if they want to stick together, and we hope they do, given that they are so interesting together.
