‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: See Summer Glau, Manu Bennett in ‘Deathstroke’ photos

Have you missed Summer Glau on “Arrow“? Her character of Isobel Rochev has been interesting to watch, mostly because of how she seemingly flutters in and out of the story. There are times we wonder whether producers just wanted the “Firefly” star on board.

All we can say about all this is that Wednesday night’s “Deathstroke” is going to be an important one for this character, given that we may understand her purpose and her plan a little more than we have during her appearances in the first half of the season. What’s also interesting to us is that despite being well-known for sci-fi / action roles, we’ve yet to see Glau throw a single punch or kick during her time on the show.

As for a character who has been around the “Arrow” story for the entire season, what in the world is going on here with Slade Wilson? The last we saw the man otherwise known as Deathstroke, he was helping to show Thea that it is never a good idea to get into a car with strangers. Obviously, something happens along the way here where his plans are thwarted enough to get him into handcuffs. But Slade had to see this coming at some point, right? Just remember who this guy is and what he’s capable of. We have a hard time believing that these handcuffs could hold his level of super-strength unless he really wanted it to look like he was captured.

All that we can say is that if you are a huge “Arrow” fan, this is one that you better watch live. There are going to be some enormous events that happen here, and it sets up the final five episodes of the season to be something beyond insane.
