ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 19 preview: See Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion in first sneak peek

We’ve been calling Monday night’s “Castle” episode “The Greater Good” the show’s version of “The Wolf of Wall Street” for quite a while now, but the fact that the show even references the movie in the sneak peek below makes it even easier to do so.

This clip actually seems to touch on a few important things for Rick and Kate: They learn via Lanie that the murder victim was most likely wearing a wire, which raises the all-important question of who he was wearing it for.

Does the following scene in the clip answer that? Maybe. Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion’s characters go back up to the main portion of the precinct, where they speak with Captain Gates about their findings. This is where in turn they receive a visit from none other than Gates’ sister, who is a part of the U.S. Attorney’s Office and clearly has a major stake in the case. Given that Gates and her sister do not have the best of relationships, she is not just going to be stopping by to say “hello.” Something far more complicated will be taking place here, and will likely be at the center of the mystery the whole episode.

The final thing to remember here? We would be shocked if ABC cast Gates’ sister, and then did not find a substantial way to use her. She will probably be around for the majority of the hour.
