‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3, episode 13 preview: A wicked ‘Witch Hunt’ with Rebecca Mader

Did you enjoy the return of “Once Upon a Time” tonight? Well, we like to think of it as a nice little setup of some very “wicked” things to come … in particular with a certain witch at the center of it.

“Witch Hunt” is the name of this episode, and if you want to find out more about this character Rebecca Mader is playing, then this is your opportunity to do just that. She obviously has many similarities with the character that you came to know from “The Wizard of Oz,” but like many other fairy tales on the show, there are some differences between this one and the one that is locked up in book form.

One thing in particular that you should know right now? That this version of the character clearly has some sort of connection to Regina, given that she says to her in the promo for this episode “you really don’t know who I am.”

The one shame here is that while many other shows on ABC release synopses for their stories a little bit in advance, “Once Upon a Time” tends to be a little bit more secretive. Therefore, they often choose to not reveal anything about what sort of stories lie ahead so that there is nothing ruined in advance. What we can say is that this should be a pretty fun hour of TV, as we start to find out more and more about what this Witch brought all of these people back to the town… besides chaos that is. Also, hopefully we get a chance to see what is up with Belle and Rumpelstiltskin soon enough.
