On Sunday night, Danielle and the Swon Brothers have two songs each on the iTunes Top 200 Songs list. Michelle has none. On Sunday night, Danielle has seven (yes, seven!) songs on the iTunes Top 200 Country Songs list. The Swons have three. The fact that Danielle has a stronger overall showing on iTunes — right now and over the entire season of The Voice — gives her the edge. Additionally, in those weeks when Danielle fared worse than either The Swons or Michelle, Danielle wasn’t that far behind. Is her victory certain? I don’t think so. She could end up in second place, after The Swons. Vote splitting isn’t likely to have an impact, given voters’ ability to vote for multiple contestants. For the Okies from Muskogee (or Michelle for that matter) to win, they will need to COMPLETELY STOP the freight train that is Danielle Bradbery. So far, that has NEVER happened this season.

Wow, I would hate to think every reality show should only have raw talent. Does that mean people don’t deserve 2,3,4,5 chances???? That would be the music business today; I would estimate that 99.9% of people in the business got several chances before they made it. I also believe the audience isn’t going to watch a show filled with just Danielle’s. I know I couldn’t bare that!!!

It is supposed to be about raw, fresh talent that needs guidance. Not someone who has a band, has been trying to break through for years, has a single or two that flopped, and now is trying another route. For that reason, there is no competition and Danielle will win.
