I would love it if POTUS is Wonder Woman! Otherwise I was thinking maybe she wasn’t born alien but gained alien powers through some other means so she is a natural born citizen but also alien.

Elect Hillary and see how much Congress gets to play a role. Maybe this alien, like HRC has some kind of mind control powers. I did like the throw away line about “you should see my other jet.” I thought for a moment she could be an aging (very well I might add) WW.
If I heard correctly, Alex said she can count the aliens on one hand with 2 fingers to spare. I assume the three were MMH, SG & SM.

1) Daxam orbited the same star as Krypton? That’s certainly not the way it ever was in the comics. But I guess it explains how anyone on Earth, including Kara or the DEO, would even know the name Daxam, and they needed that for the plot. But the notion that a radio transmission could be precisely aimed, not just at a star, but at a particular planet in a star’s system, is ridiculous. And Mon-El is his actual name, not Lar Gand?

2) The President keeps talking about her bill, and everyone seems to act like it was totally her decision to enact it. But the Congress must have passed the bill if she was about to sign it, as they would have to do with anything that changed the rules about who was a citizen.

3) Where did all those aliens on Earth come from, anyway? Are arrivals of spaceships everyday occurrences on this world? I guess the DEO (is it a cabinet Department?) wouldn’t exist if there were no known aliens except Superman at the time it was created. Oh, and Alex says there are only two aliens she trusts. Does she not trust Hank, Superman, and Supergirl?

4) At the end, it is shown that the President seems to be an alien herself. How did she get elected? As we know, the President must be not only a citizen, but a “natural born” citizen. Did she manage to fake being born in the U.S. (like another President was accused of doing)? Was she really (until the new law she tried to sign became effective) an “illegal alien”?

Missing Cat Grant too. Glad to see James stand up for himself tonight, but there’s something special about Cat.
