In reply to SansSyntax. That wass my first thought as well when I read that. Maybe the last episode contains a spoiler/reveal - which surely would have been all over the internet if the Netflix episode are made available one week before the UK viewers would have a chance to seent. IMO a very wise decision to show the last episode before the Netflix release date to avoid that.

In reply to SansSyntax. Yea, that's my theory, though I think BBC may have set this date first before Netflix even set their date. Hard to say for sure.

The Fall season 3 launches on Netflix Oct 29.
I’m assuming they decided to let the Brits get a first look of the finale before every episode is out there.
