I agree, I don’t know why they have changed the tone so drastically to everything they’ve previously done, but I feel like I’m watching a medical drama.

The hospital must be a bit short staffed as victim Rose Stagg appears to be getting no attention whatsoever and has to watch whilst her attacker gets full-on nursing treatment from Keira just metres away from her!
