I don’t see why they couldn’t. Netflix releases U.S. TV shows as they air weekly in Spain and other countries.

Anyone with a laptop in the US that wants to see shows from other countries has known for years that you don’t need Netflix to find great British TV. Fans of the show will view it again, but we aren’t always that patient and frankly it’s hard to avoid spoilers for more than a month.
