Really? And the only people they could find to fix it are three criminals? They couldn’t find any non-criminal computer experts? And why is NCIS dealing with this and not the FBI, or NSA, or Homeland Security?

I dunno, the case part of this episode sounds pretty weak – almost as bad as a computer virus being able to infect other computers through the power cord…
