Exactly it is a vampire show but that doesn't mean anything but it's not up to me or you but really what about the Stefan and Elena fans who want them to be together or the Damon and Elena fans they deserve something even if a group doesn't get what they want.

CW has a lot invested? That just means money over quality. Flogging a dead horse to a very tired end. TVD is not what it used to be in earlier seasons. It’s turned into a pure fan service and shipping show, whether Julie Plec wants to admit it or not. Just like Gossip Girl. Ended up with under one million in ratings each week and the die hard shippers waiting for their Chuck and Blair endgame. TVD isn’t a romantic comedy that should have an expected happy ending either, it’s about vampires, the Salvatore brothers. I will be praying for a Damon/Stefan endgame.
