Love Island USA season 8 episode 7 preview: The first vote is here!

As you get prepared to see Love Island USA season 8 episode 7 on Peacock tomorrow, what exactly can we say about the drama to come?

Well, first and foremost, it does feel like a big part of the next chapter is going to be all about trying to mitigate the fallout of what we just saw in the sleepover challenge tonight. There are going to be plenty of hurt feelings given the guys definitely made out with Sol and Jen the moment they arrived. Sure, the women did the same with Caleb, but was it revenge at this point? A couple of women especially seemed to be torn up in the preview over what happened, which makes sense given that the relationships have been so stable.

The obvious prediction to make at this point is simply that 1) Corbin’s goose is cooked with Kenzie, 2) she will end up with Caleb, and 3) he will have an easy opportunity to pair up with one of the newcomers. This makes a lot of sense but at the same time, is it not altogether fun? We aren’t altogether eager to follow into anything that just feels that predictable, given that this has been a real theme of a lot of the season so far.

Once all of that is settled, we are going to get the first vote of the season. What is going to happen as a result of that? We are at least eager to see what most of the fandom thinks at this point, especially since there are some contestants who, at least from where we stand, are not popping all that much.
